Class Project ate my Homework

This is a result of an assignment i gave in class last week (Intro Children’s Illustration). First, i wrote passages on the board with different themes and tones. Then everyone was asked to fill a sheet of paper with lines of different quality. Then they were asked to try to illustrate some of the passages non-representationally (?) with just the lines and communicate the tone of the passage using just the quality. Then, we illustrated the passage we were most successful with. representationally.
This one is about a sea monster with scales and sea weed.
